Rihanna has put her leaking Beverly Hills home up for sale at a $2.6m (£1.5m) loss.
The singer, famous for her hit Umbrella, is selling the mansion at a massive loss having paid $6.9m (£4.5m) for the 10 bedroom home two years ago.
She claims the home is so poorly built that it leaks water and is virtually uninhabitable.
The four-time Grammy winner alleged that the previous owner Heather Rudomin failed to disclose major waterproofing and construction defects that resulted in significant damage to the property after a rainstorm in January of 2010.
The 8,520-square-foot, three-story contemporary built home includes a den, media room, breakfast area, three fireplaces, eight bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.
The gated estate sits on more than three-quarters of an acre with a swimming pool.
Rihanna has told her estate agent she is willing to 'listen to all offers', so u can make one now.
